Terms and Conditions – RummyBD Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Information & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rummybd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the rummybd website located at https://rummybd.app and all associated products and services.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing rummybd in any form — registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or browsing the platform — you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any clause, your recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

rummybd is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on rummybd. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this requirement. rummybd reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the 18+ requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

rummybd is operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming and sports betting activities are permitted under the laws applicable to you. rummybd does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability if a player participates from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on rummybd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. If you accidentally register a second account, notify rummybd support immediately to have one account closed without penalty.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on rummybd, including your real full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and correct date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rummybd login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact rummybd support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

rummybd may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice where:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is identified;
• A player requests self-exclusion under rummybd's Responsible Gaming policy;
• The platform is required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach, any remaining real funds balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are not returned in any circumstances.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered inactive. rummybd will attempt to notify the player at their registered contact details. If no response is received, rummybd may deduct a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in again, whichever occurs first.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

rummybd accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT) – standard bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on rummybd is Rs 500. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, although rummybd reserves the right to set deposit ceilings for individual accounts where deemed necessary. All deposits are processed in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your rummybd balance in real time. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day to process depending on the originating bank. rummybd charges no deposit fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside rummybd's control.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. rummybd does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits received from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals from rummybd are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. rummybd targets a processing time of 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals under normal circumstances. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take up to one business day.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. No maximum withdrawal ceiling applies to verified accounts under standard conditions, though rummybd may apply staged payment schedules for exceptionally large withdrawal requests at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

rummybd charges no fees on player withdrawals of real funds. Any transaction costs applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside rummybd's control and responsibility.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

rummybd may request KYC documentation before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. Documents typically required include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation of your payment method ownership. This process exists to protect player funds and comply with anti-money laundering standards.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

If your account balance contains active bonus funds with an incomplete wagering requirement, the withdrawable portion of your balance is your real funds balance minus the amount required to complete the wagering requirement. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated after wagering requirements are fully met are withdrawable.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

rummybd offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in PKR, and applicable wagering requirements are detailed on the Promotions page and are subject to change. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms as well as these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on rummybd are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or combined deposit and bonus amount where stated — must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 of qualifying bets to be placed.

6.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements on rummybd. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games contribute at a reduced rate specified in each promotion's individual terms. Sports bets may not contribute unless explicitly stated. Placing bets on excluded game types while a wagering requirement is active does not reduce the remaining requirement.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been used within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the player's balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same expiry period. rummybd will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

rummybd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where there is evidence that a player has exploited bonus terms through low-risk betting patterns, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion. Suspected bonus abuse may result in account suspension pending investigation.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games hosted on rummybd are provided by independent software studios whose random number generators (RNG) are certified by third-party testing laboratories including eCOGRA and GLI. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these certified RNG systems. rummybd neither influences nor manipulates game outcomes.

7.2 Void Bets

A sports bet placed on rummybd may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed as specified in sport-specific rules;
• The bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error on rummybd's part;
• The event results are officially overturned by the governing sporting body.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's rummybd balance in full.

7.3 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout on any single sports bet on rummybd is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore Pakistani Rupees) unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing for VIP account holders. 7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round or live bet on rummybd, the platform will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault, the bet will be returned to the player. rummybd accepts no liability for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Security & KYC Verification

rummybd takes the security of player funds and personal data seriously. The platform uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Player passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to rummybd staff.

8.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Using rummybd to process funds on behalf of a third party (money transmission).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rummybd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of rummybd or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the rummybd platform without prior written permission. The rummybd name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

rummybd's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, minus any withdrawals made in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by rummybd's proven negligence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rummybd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rummybd will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of rummybd after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rummybd's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, rummybd's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance to attempt an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days, the matter may be escalated through formal arbitration. rummybd will cooperate with any independent dispute resolution process applicable to online gaming platforms. Players do not waive any statutory rights they hold under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
